Alexandra is the founder of A. N. D. Pilates, a community-centered movement space rooted in strength, connection, and intentional living. Originally from Ocala, Florida, Alexandra discovered Pilates during her career as a professional dancer. What began as cross-training quickly became a deeper passion — a method that not only strengthened her body, but transformed the way she understood movement, control, and longevity. She has been teaching since 2019 and became comprehensively certified in 2023. Her classes blend classical Pilates principles with modern sculpt influences, emphasizing core strength, balance, and mindful precision. Alexandra’s approach is both challenging and supportive — designed to help clients feel empowered in their bodies at every level. At the heart of A. N. D. Pilates is community. After relocating and building her own support systems through movement, Alexandra felt called to create spaces where people could connect — not just through exercise, but through shared experience. Her classes are strong yet inviting, intentional yet energizing — a place to move, grow, and belong.
